He practices mainly in the study and advice of commercial and corporate law issues, as well as in the area of banking and finance, in which he is developing specific expertise in handling disputes arising from the purchase of mass financial instruments (stocks, government bonds, bonds and other debt securities, mutual fund shares etc.), derivatives (OTC derivatives, IRS, futures, SWAP etc.) and insurance (index linked and unit linked policies).

He received his Master’s Degree in Law with honors in 2020, discussing his thesis in Labor Law entitled: “The Evolution of the Sanctioning Discipline of Unlawful Collective Dismissal.”

Postgraduate: continues his education by attending in-depth courses in Civil and Commercial Law in the cities of Naples and Rome.
Beginning in 2022, he has been practicing law at MC LEGAL MAZZOLA CARRELLA & Associates, working alongside Partners in the drafting of defense briefs and trial activities; always animated by his own purpose “to add value to things when given the opportunity to do so.”

He is on the Special Register of Practitioners at the Torre Annunziata Bar Association.
